The Series 7000 reels are self-retracting reel wraps that automatically wind the hose if its locking ratchet is released. It is crafted from high-quality steel that is powder coated with a durable epoxy paint for superior resistance to rust. For added strength, it is reinforced with ribbing and rolled rims.
The drive spring that rotates the reel is of industrial grade. For extra protection from the environment, it is enveloped with a gasket. The NPT swivel is of solid brass with studs of stainless steel. To assure its durability, it is fitted with o-ring seals with backups of Teflon rings.
The Reelcraft Series 7000 Heavy Duty Air Reels can be mounted in various positions and locations. It can be installed on the floor, wall, ceiling, or even on a vehicle. It has an adjustable hose stop making hose length positioning convenient.
At your option, the Series 7000 can be purchased with a hose of different lengths, diameters, and pressure bars. Lengths range from 7.5 – 20 meters, while diameters start at 10 mm to a maximum of 19 mm. Pressure bar may be 21 for low pressure, 207 for medium, and 351 for high.
